ORGANO 100% organic inputs launched.
Leveraging its experience in organic farming, Ion Exchange Enviro Farms Ltd. (IEEFL) has launched a range of organic inputs comprising herbal crop protectors & stimulators, liquid manure and compost, under the ORGANO brand.
These specially developed ORGANO inputs yield tremendous benefits to crops and soil like:

Herbal crop protectors & stimulators ORGANO Crop Surakshak - A/P/G help to control a wide variety of insects. They are particularly effective in controlling insects like the neem mosquito bug on cashew, the tea mosquito bug on tea, mealy bug as well as powdery & downy mildew on grapes and other fruits. They also help in correcting potash deficiency.

Liquid manure is of two types. ORGANO Liquiphos is an organic concentrate and humic acid-based liquid manure suitable for all crops, especially ideal for all bulbs, transplants and orchard crops, especially root bulb and tuber crops. Bio-organic liquid manure ORGANO Liquifert is a good source of macro and micro-nutrients besides amino acid, protein, enzymes and growth hormones. It is very effective in improving the size, appearance and quality of grapes.

Organic compost Organophos and ORGANO Vermicom enrich the soil with nutrients and improve the soil texture. Organophos is enriched manure that releases phosphorous along with humus, making it available more efficiently as chances of fixation of phosphorous on soil particles are minimized. It is also a good source of nitrogen and micro-nutrients, and helps improve soil texture. ORGANO Vermicom is 100% cow dung based vermicompost with a combination of various nitro and phospho microbial cultures.

Several successful trials have been carried out in Maharastra and Tamil Nadu on a variety of products and the ORGANO inputs were found to be effective both for crop protection and nutrition. IEEFL is also exploring the potential for these orgnic inputs in South East Asia.

These ORGANO inputs are proving a boon to farmers particularly given the increasing concern in the domestic market about chemical pesticide levels in food and water, the recent rejections of exports of grapes and other fruits due to high pesticide residues and the tougher EU regulations on usage of chemical pesticides on food crops.
